The comparison sheet turns a vague sense that you need something better into a weighted list of must-haves and a score per vendor per requirement, so the shortlist has a reason behind it. The cost calculator takes the seats, the quoted per-seat prices, the implementation fee and the training days and gives you the figure the subscription price hides: what the whole term costs. Change any input and the answers move as you type.
