Siftvo is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

We hold what you send us: your name, your email address, the business you named and what you wrote. If you have an account we also hold the shortlists, requirement weightings, vendor scores and quotes you save, plus the ordinary billing record Stripe returns. The worksheets themselves run in your browser, so the figures you type are not sent anywhere until you press save on an account. Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted; account records are kept for the life of the subscription plus 90 days. You can ask for deletion at any time by writing to us.

Legal basis and sharing

We do not sell enquiries and we do not pass your details to any software vendor, reseller or lead broker. The only companies that see anything are the ones that run the site for us: hosting, email delivery and Stripe for payments. Nothing you save is shown to another customer.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: enquiries@siftvo.com. We respond within one month.
