Support

Support is email, answered by the people who build the product. Write about billing, about getting a shortlist into the record, about export, or about whether Pro does something before you pay for it. What we will not do is tell you which vendor to buy: we publish no ranking and no score of our own, and an opinion from us would be worth less than the score your own weighting produces. If something in a worksheet is wrong, say so and we will fix the arithmetic rather than argue about it.

If Pro is not what you expected, write within 30 days of a charge and we refund it in full. No form, no retention call. Cancelling needs no message at all: your account ends the subscription itself, effective at the period end. Prefer email? enquiries@siftvo.com reaches the same people.
