A form that takes the idea, placement, size, reference images and a budget, landing somewhere an artist can triage rather than in a shared inbox. Ask to see an enquiry arrive, get a quote and turn into a consultation without anybody leaving the product. If the answer is that artists do this in direct messages and then create the booking manually, the software is a diary and should be priced as one.
Deposits, and what happens when somebody does not turn up
A non-refundable deposit taken at booking, tied to the appointment, applied to the final price, and kept when the client no-shows within your stated window. Ask exactly what the client agrees to at the point of payment and whether your own terms can be shown there.
